At Bulkley Valley Health Foundation, our mission is to enhance healthcare services and support the well-being of our community. Since our founding, we’ve been dedicated to raising funds, building partnerships, and championing innovative health initiatives that make a real difference for patients and their families across the Bulkley Valley.

History
In 2011, a group of passionate community members recognized the need for a local voice in health care. As hospitals and care facilities in the Bulkley Valley shifted to regional management, it became clear that our community needed a foundation dedicated to supporting health initiatives close to home.
The Bulkley Valley Health Care and Hospital Foundation was founded as a registered Society on August 14, 2012, and achieved charitable status on August 1, 2013. Since then, we have remained committed to strengthening health care in the Bulkley Valley—raising funds and supporting deserving causes that directly benefit our region.
